- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding
- Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR files
- Assist with visa processing, renewals, and government-related documentation
- Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary procedures
- Support payroll coordination, attendance, and leave management
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and hotel policies
- Coordinate training programs and staff development initiatives
- Prepare HR reports, manpower plans, and HR metrics
- Assist in performance appraisal processes
- Support staff welfare activities and engagement initiatives
- Proven experience as an HR Executive or HR Officer in a hotel/hospitality environment
- Strong knowledge of UAE Labor Law and hotel HR operations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Experience in a 4–5 star hotel
- Knowledge of payroll systems and HR software
- Multi-tasking ability in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Hospitality Management preferred
