  • Coordinate end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding
  • Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR files
  • Assist with visa processing, renewals, and government-related documentation
  • Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary procedures
  • Support payroll coordination, attendance, and leave management
  • Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and hotel policies
  • Coordinate training programs and staff development initiatives
  • Prepare HR reports, manpower plans, and HR metrics
  • Assist in performance appraisal processes
  • Support staff welfare activities and engagement initiatives
  • Proven experience as an HR Executive or HR Officer in a hotel/hospitality environment
  • Strong knowledge of UAE Labor Law and hotel HR operations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Experience in a 4–5 star hotel
  • Knowledge of payroll systems and HR software
  • Multi-tasking ability in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Hospitality Management preferred
