Position Overview
We are seeking a Bartender / Server who is comfortable working in a dual-role environment. This position supports both the dining area and bar, with opportunities to bartend during high-volume shifts — especially on weekends, which are our strongest sales periods.
Our operation runs with a lean, team-focused structure, so the ideal candidate is adaptable, proactive, and confident working independently while still delivering excellent service.
Key ResponsibilitiesService
- Provide attentive, friendly, and efficient service to all guests
- Greet tables promptly and guide guests through menu offerings
- Ensure order accuracy and timely delivery of food and beverages
- Maintain a clean, organized dining and bar area at all times
Bartending (as scheduled / based on experience)
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to standard
- Maintain full knowledge of bar menu, recipes, and pricing
- Drive beverage sales through recommendations and upselling
- Ensure compliance with all TABC laws and responsible alcohol service
Operations
- Work efficiently in a skeleton crew environment
- Support teammates during peak service periods
- Assist with opening and closing duties
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in accordance with brand standards
What We’re Looking For
- Previous server and/or bartending experience required (both preferred)
- Strong communication and guest engagement skills
- Ability to multitask and stay composed in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated and comfortable working with minimal supervision
- Sales-driven mindset (especially for bar and weekend shifts)
- Flexible availability, including nights and weekends

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
