Duties
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical wiring, and mechanical equipment to ensure optimal operation.
- Troubleshoot and repair issues related to electrical systems, programmable logic controllers (PLCs), schematics, and other building automation controls.
- Conduct residential painting, and other carpentry tasks to maintain the aesthetic appeal and structural integrity of the property.
- Use tools such as ohmmeters and CMMS (Quore) software to document work orders, track maintenance activities, and manage inventory.
- Supervise or assist with facilities maintenance projects, including supervising team members or contractors when necessary.
- Respond promptly to guest or staff maintenance requests with professionalism and customer service focus.
- Maintain safety standards by adhering to protocols for electrical work, welding, mechanical repairs, and working at heights or in confined spaces.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance or hotel maintenance roles with a strong background in mechanical, electrical, or plumbing systems.
- Knowledge of schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals related to building systems.
- Hands-on experience with techniques, residential painting, and general carpentry.
- Familiarity with CMMS software for work order management and inventory tracking.
- Strong electrical experience including troubleshooting using tools like ohmmeters.
- Supervising experience or leadership skills to guide maintenance teams or contractors effectively.
- Excellent communication skills in English for clear documentation and coordination with team members.

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
