Hotel maintenance

Ashley Hotels Ltd two sister hotels ( Lidos and Victoria Inn) are busy, guest‑focused hotels committed to providing a safe, comfortable, and well‑maintained environment. We’re looking for a reliable Maintenance Technician to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs across the hotel
• Respond to guest maintenance requests promptly
• Inspect and maintain HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems
• Carry out preventative maintenance schedules
• Ensure all work complies with safety standards
• Assist with room repairs, painting, minor carpentry, and general upkeep
• Support emergency maintenance needs when required

Requirements

• Previous experience in hotel or building maintenance
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems independently
• Good communication and customer‑service skills
• Ability to lift moderate weight and perform physical tasks
• Flexibility to work weekends or evenings if needed
