Duties

• Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on HVAC systems, electrical wiring, plumbing, and mechanical equipment to ensure optimal operation.
• Troubleshoot and repair issues related to building automation systems, programmable logic controllers (PLCs), hydraulics, and low/high voltage electrical systems.
• Use schematics, technical manuals, and CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) software to diagnose problems accurately and efficiently.
• Operate industrial tools such as welders (including <LOCATION> welding), scissor lifts, ammeters, ohmmeters, and precision measuring instruments to carry out repairs.
• Conduct safety checks on high voltage systems and ensure compliance with all safety protocols; respond swiftly to emergency maintenance requests.
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, parts inventory, and equipment status using CMMS; prepare reports for management review.
• Assist in field service operations by providing technical support for manufacturing or industrial equipment when needed.

Experience

• Proven experience in industrial maintenance within manufacturing facilities or similar environments.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in welding (<LOCATION> welding preferred), hydraulics, HVAC/R systems, and industrial electrician work.
• Familiarity with schematics, control systems, programmable logic controllers (PLCs), and industrial electrical components including high and low voltage systems.
• Experience operating field service equipment such as scissor lifts; ability to work at heights safely.
• Knowledge of maintenance best practices in manufacturing or hospitality settings; experience with CMMS software is a plus.
• Excellent analysis skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex mechanical or electrical issues quickly.
• Strong customer service orientation with clear communication skills in English; military background or industrial mechanic experience is advantageous. Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
