The Exeter Inn is seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Engineer to join our team. In this hands-on role, you will perform preventative maintenance and handle repairs throughout the property to ensure an exceptional guest experience.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine preventative maintenance across hotel facilities
• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, painting, and general building systems
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests
• Maintain compliance with safety standards and hotel policies

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of maintenance experience required
• Prior hotel maintenance experience preferred
• Strong skills in plumbing and painting required
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to safety and quality
• Must pass a background check and drug screening

Must be available to work days, nights, and weekends.
