Job Title: Hotel Maintenance Manager
Experience: 5 to 8 Years
Preference: Male Candidates Only

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for overall hotel maintenance & engineering operations
• Handle electrical, plumbing, HVAC, DG set, lifts & fire safety systems
• Ensure preventive & breakdown maintenance
• Supervise maintenance staff and vendors
• Coordinate with housekeeping/front office for room readiness
• Ensure safety, statutory compliance & guest comfort
• Maintain maintenance records & control costs

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
