Hotel Maintenance Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Hotel Maintenance Manager to oversee our property's infrastructure. You will be responsible for ensuring the safety, functionality, and aesthetic appeal of our hotel while leading a dedicated team of technicians.

Key Responsibilities:

· Safety & Compliance: Conduct regular inspections to ensure full compliance with health and safety regulations.

· Facility Management: Oversee routine maintenance for guest rooms, public areas, and specialized systems (HVAC, plumbing, and electrical).

· Project Oversight: Plan and manage renovation, construction, and repair projects with minimal guest disruption.

· Emergency Response: Act as the primary lead for emergency repairs and technical troubleshooting.

· Cost Control: Implement energy-saving initiatives and manage the department’s budget and expenditures.

· Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and evaluate the maintenance and janitorial staff.

· Vendor Relations: Coordinate with external contractors and service providers for specialized technical needs.

Requirements & Skills:

· Experience: Proven experience as a Maintenance Manager or Supervisor, preferably within the resorts & hotels.

· Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.

· Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.

· Certifications: Professional certification (e.g., CPMM) is a strong plus.

· Leadership: Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and team-management abilities.

· Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to interact with guests, staff, and vendors effectively.
