Hotel Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting, plumbing, electrical repairs, and HVAC system maintenance to ensure the proper functioning of hotel facilities
• Address issues such as leaky faucets, malfunctioning appliances, and broken fixtures.
• Overseeing surveillance systems to ensure the safety of guests and employees
• Conduct inspections of hotel rooms, public areas, and equipment to identify maintenance needs and safety hazards.
• Repair or replace faulty equipment, furniture, and fixtures in guest rooms, bathrooms, lobbies, and other hotel areas.

Requirement:

• Minimum 2 years relevant working experience at a 5 /4 star hotel
• Certificate in Electrical or equivalent
• Effective communication skills to interact with guests
• Ability to identify and address maintenance needs accurately
• Thorough knowledge of emergency management principles
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including being available 24/7 for emergencies
