Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive and skilled Hotel Maintenance Technician to ensure the seamless operation and upkeep of our hotel facilities. Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot and repair issues related to electrical wiring, lighting, appliances, plumbing fixtures, and mechanical equipment using schematics and technical manuals.
• Operate specialized tools such as ohmmeters, welders, and programmable logic controllers (PLCs) to diagnose faults and execute repairs effectively.
• Conduct residential painting, carpentry, welding, and other facilities maintenance tasks to uphold the property's appearance and safety standards.
• Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to document work orders, track maintenance activities, and schedule future inspections.
• Supervise or assist with projects involving facilities upgrades or renovations while ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver excellent customer service by addressing maintenance requests promptly and professionally.

Skills

• Strong mechanical knowledge complemented by experience in facilities maintenance within hospitality or manufacturing environments.
• Proficiency in reading schematics, technical diagrams, and electrical wiring diagrams.
• Hands-on experience with welding techniques and residential painting is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of programmable logic controllers (PLCs), electrical systems, and troubleshooting tools such as ohmmeters.
• Ability to interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints accurately.
• Excellent communication skills in English for clear documentation and team coordination.
• Demonstrated leadership or supervising experience in maintenance or facilities management roles.
• Familiarity with CMMS software for work order management and maintenance tracking.
