Hotel Maintenance Technician ($19.50 – $24.25/hr)

Jackson Hospitality is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support operations at our hotel in Davis, CA. This role is responsible for maintaining guest rooms, public areas, and hotel systems to ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for guests and team members.

This is a hands-on position ideal for someone with general maintenance experience who enjoys troubleshooting and working independently.

Responsibilities

• Perform general building repairs and maintenance
• Respond to guest room maintenance requests
• Troubleshoot basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance issues
• Complete preventive maintenance inspections and repairs
• Repair drywall, paint, fixtures, and other building components
• Maintain hotel equipment and building systems
• Support property safety and upkeep

Qualifications

• Experience in general maintenance, facilities, construction, or hotel maintenance preferred
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, drywall, and painting
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair common building issues
• Reliable and able to work independently
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and use ladders when necessary

Hotel experience is a plus, but not required for candidates with strong general maintenance skills.
