Hotel Maintenance Technician – Accommodation Provided

We are looking for a Hotel Maintenance Technician for our 30-room hotel with a restaurant. The candidate should have hands-on knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and basic carpentry work. Accommodation will be provided by the hotel.

Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day hotel maintenance and repair work
• Electrical repairs (lights, switches, basic wiring)
• Plumbing work (leakages, taps, toilets, pipelines)
• Basic carpentry work (doors, locks, furniture repairs)
• Maintain guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas
• Respond quickly to maintenance issues reported by front desk
• Ensure safety and proper functioning of hotel facilities

Requirements:

• Previous hotel or building maintenance experience preferred
• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and carpentry work
• Ability to work independently
