Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance tasks to ensure the functionality and safety of our guestrooms and facilities. The Maintenance Technician will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and efficient working environment.

Duties

• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment and facilities.
• Troubleshoot and repair hotel guestroom issues.
• Execute painting tasks to maintain aesthetic standards.
• Utilize tools such as an ohmmeter for electrical testing and diagnostics.
• Collaborate with other maintenance staff to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed.

Skills

• Proficiency in English for effective communication with team members and management.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to perform repairs on various equipment.
• Experience in facilities maintenance, ensuring that all areas meet safety standards.
• Ability to read schematics accurately for effective problem-solving.
• Competence in residential painting techniques for upkeep of facilities.
