Hotel Maintenance Worker

Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance III to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will have a background in facilities maintenance and mechanical systems, with the ability to troubleshoot and repair various equipment. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a safe working environment.

Duties

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on electrical and mechanical systems
• Track maintenance tasks and inventory.
• coordinate with other team members to ensure timely completion of job that need to be completed around the hotel.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing facility-related concerns promptly.
• Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify potential issues before they escalate
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed.

Requirements

• Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot various systems.
• Familiarity with electrical systems, HVAC or plumbing
• Ability to read schematics a plus
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
