Ewaa Hotels is seeking a dynamic and experienced Hotel Manager to lead the team at our prestigious property in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of hotel operations, from managing staff and budgets to ensuring the highest standards of guest satisfaction. Responsibilities

* Oversee the daily operations of all hotel departments, including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance.
* Develop and implement strategies to maximise hotel revenue and profitability while controlling operational costs.
* Lead, train, and motivate the hotel team to deliver outstanding levels of guest service.
* Manage hotel budgets, financial plans, and control expenditure.
* Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and licensing regulations.
* Handle customer complaints and queries, ensuring swift and effective resolutions to maintain guest satisfaction.
* Maintain a strong presence in the local market and build relationships with clients, suppliers, and the community.

Qualifications

* Proven experience as a Hotel Manager or in a similar senior leadership role within the hospitality industry.
* A degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
* Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* A strong focus on customer service with a track record of exceeding guest expectations.
* In-depth knowledge of hotel management best practices and relevant regulations.
* Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
* Fluency in English And Arabic is essential.
