Hotel Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Hotel Manager to lead our hospitality team and ensure exceptional service delivery across all operational areas. In this pivotal role, you will support the overall management of front desk and housekeeping staff, drive team performance, Increase sales and enhance guest satisfaction. Your leadership will inspire staff, optimize daily workflows, and foster a vibrant, customer-focused environment that promotes growth and excellence.

Duties

• Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily hotel operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service at all times
• Lead and motivate staff through effective training, coaching, and development initiatives to maintain high standards of food quality and customer service
• Manage shift schedules, monitor labor costs, and control inventory levels to maximize profitability while maintaining quality standards
• Handles all guest satisfaction concerns and increase guest satisfaction score.
• Compile and report monthly overview of property
• Process Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
• Pass quality assurance inspection.
• Assist with sales efforts by procuring new business, and attending and representing company at trade shows and events
• Collaborate with the management team to develop budgets, monitor financial performance, and implement cost-control measures
• Ensure excellent customer service by addressing guest concerns promptly and fostering a welcoming atmosphere
• Experience
