- Oversee daily hotel operations to guarantee an outstanding guest experience and smooth service delivery.
- Manage a team of 15 staff members, providing leadership, training, and performance evaluations to maintain high productivity and morale.
- Coordinate and optimize online booking channels such as Airbnb, Expedia, and Booking.com to increase hotel revenue and occupancy rates.
- Develop and implement customer relationship management strategies including guest feedback collection and resolution to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations through regular risk assessments and staff training programs.
- Prepare and manage emergency response plans to promptly address any crises, ensuring the safety and security of guests and employees.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and business partners to support business development and marketing efforts.
- Monitor financial performance including budgeting, expenses, and revenue generation, striving for profitability and cost efficiency.
- Coordinate maintenance and housekeeping activities to maintain excellent hotel standards and address issues promptly.
- Stay updated with hospitality industry trends and regulations to keep the hotel competitive and compliant.
- Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate goals, updates, and address operational challenges effectively.
Pay: From Rs90,000.00 per month
