Marketing Manager – Luxury Hotel Brand - International Company

A rapidly growing luxury brand is seeking a high-calibre Marketing Manager to lead its creative, strategic, and PR-aligned marketing function. The successful candidate will step into a critical role shaping the future of a stylish, design-driven, globally expanding brand.

About the Role

This is a senior Marketing Manager position combining marketing leadership (70–80%) with PR coordination (20–30%) , reporting directly to senior leadership and managing a small but capable internal team.

You will drive the full brand and marketing agenda, including:

• Marketing strategy, campaign development and execution
• Creative leadership across digital, brand content, and activation
• PR and influencer coordination (with agencies managed directly once capability is demonstrated)
• Close alignment with sales teams to ensure high-impact commercial results
• Ensuring the brand stands apart from mainstream and family-focused concepts within the wider group

This is a pivotal role for a brand preparing for significant international expansion, including a second opening abroad.
