Night Auditor PT (Overnights) - Thursday–Sunday (flexible)

(11:00 P.M. - 7:00 A.M.)

We are looking for night owls who enjoy working overnights with excellent communication and guest service skills. The Night Auditor is responsible for attending to the needs of guests, balancing the revenue and expense transactions that occurred during the day, and performing all of the functions of the front desk staff during the audit shift. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide exceptional customer service to all hotel guests, making their stay as comfortable and accommodating as possible.
• Remain highly visible and readily available for guests at all times.
• Night Audit/ Front Desk will attend to Laundry entirety of their shifts.
• Preparing, Setting up and stocking breakfast daily
• Adhere to hotel credit policies and procedures, including credit card authorization, direct bill accounts, cash-payment, incidental deposits, etc.
• Conduct all steps in the property management night audit system to close the current business day and open the new business day.
• Document all guest requests, complaints or problems immediately and notify designated department/personnel for resolving the situation. Always follow up with guests' to ensure completion and guest satisfaction.
• Balance end-of-shift work and cash drawer.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the hotel lobby, coffee stations, and front desk area.
• Handle guest concerns professionally and efficiently
• Complete additional tasks as assigned by management

Job Requirements:

• Prior hotel front desk experience preferred but not req
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Must be able to work entirety of your shift.
• Ability to work overnights and weekends is a MUST.
• Must be computer savvy, organized and detail oriented.
• Strong multi-tasking skills.
• Valid Driver's License required for 24 hour shuttle coverage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
