Overview
We are looking for a friendly and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our hotel team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing overnight front desk operations, reconciling daily financial transactions, and ensuring our guests receive excellent service during the night shift. The ideal candidate is organized, customer-focused, and comfortable handling multiple tasks in a lively hospitality setting.

Responsibilities

• Check-in and check-out guests efficiently while providing warm, welcoming service.
• Reconcile daily financial transactions, including cash, credit cards, and billing records, accurately and promptly.
• Prepare detailed reports on daily revenue, occupancy, and other relevant data for management review.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and a positive attitude.
• Maintain security protocols by monitoring the premises during overnight hours.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as updating reservation systems and managing multi-line phone systems.
• Ensure the front desk area remains clean, organized, and welcoming for guests arriving or departing.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hospitality management or front desk operations is preferred but not required.
• Multilingual or bilingual skills are a plus to better serve diverse guests.
• Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on guest relations and phone etiquette.
• Knowledge of hotel management systems and night audit procedures is desirable.
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
• Ability to work independently during overnight hours while maintaining attention to detail.
