Providing outstanding guest service during their stay and settling the guest's account upon completion of their stay. Primary responsibilities include: registering guests making and modifying reservations hotel operator and concierge duties. Providing attentive courteous and efficient service to all guests before arrival and throughout their stay while maximizing room revenue and occupancy.

This vital role ensures the accuracy of daily financial transactions, maintains guest relations during overnight hours, and supports the smooth operation of our hotel. - Conduct nightly audits of all financial transactions, including room charges, payments, and adjustments to ensure accuracy and completenes
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs during overnight hours with professionalism and courtesy
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns to ensure a positive experience
- Manage front desk operations using multi-line phone systems and uphold excellent phone etiquette
- Assist with guest services such as resolving issues related to reservations, billing discrepancies, or special requests
Skills
- Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel operations with a focus on night audit or front desk roles
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are a plus
- Knowledge of hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems for efficient communication is plus
- Excellent attention to detail for accurate financial reconciliation and record keeping
- Ability to handle guest relations professionally while maintaining confidentiality and discretion
- Process all lost and found items according to policy.
- Familiarity with hospitality standards, including phone etiquette and guest services procedures
- Understands hotel policies relating to cancelation, extended stay, room types and rates, late check-outs, early arrivals, and special requests.
- Ability to work independently during night shifts with minimal supervision while remaining proactive and alert
- Uses persuasive selling techniques to sell rooms and promote all marketing programs.
- Set up the breakfast buffet including hot food items, and maintain it through breakfast hours.
- Keep breakfast area clean and stocked throughout the day, i. e. stock paper products, glassware, (if required) food items, empty trash and clean off tables.
- Follow all Federal, State, and Local health and safety procedures at all times including wearing gloves, hand washing, food temperatures, and storage.
