Duties

• Greet and assist guests arriving during the night shift, ensuring a warm and professional welcome.
• Check guests in and out efficiently using hotel management software, verifying reservations and billing details.
• Monitor security cameras and conduct routine patrols of the property to ensure safety and security standards are upheld.
• Balance daily financial transactions, prepare reports, and reconcile accounts to maintain accurate records.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries or issues via phone or in person, providing exceptional guest relations and problem resolution.
• Handle multi-line phone systems with professionalism, directing calls appropriately and providing information as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area, ensuring all guest-related materials are tidy and accessible.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel operations, particularly in front desk or night audit roles.
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor that enhances guest experiences.
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guests effectively.
• Knowledge of hotel management systems and night audit procedures is essential.
• Excellent phone etiquette and experience managing multi-line phone systems are required.
• Ability to work independently during overnight hours while maintaining alertness and professionalism.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
