Position Overview
We are seeking a Part-Time Night Auditor (On-Call) to join our team. This role primarily covers two overnight shifts per week, with additional shifts available depending on business needs. Key Responsibilities

• Perform night audit functions, including reconciling guest accounts, processing invoices, and preparing management reports.
• Manage guest check-ins and check-outs during the overnight shift.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries, resolving issues with professionalism and care.
• Monitor hotel premises for safety and security.
• Assist with administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and record keeping.
• Work collaboratively with other hotel departments to ensure smooth overnight operations.

Qualifications

• Previous hotel or hospitality experience required.
• Night audit or accounting experience is a plus.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism.
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written); phone etiquette proficiency required.
• Multilingual abilities highly desirable.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
• Knowledge of hospitality management principles is an asset.
