Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for hospitality professionals with 2–3 years of experience who are looking to grow into a full hotel operations role.

As a Hotel Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of a hotel in Perinthalmanna. The role offers hands-on exposure to guest handling, OTA management, and coordination with hotel staff, while working closely with ownership.

This position is ideal for candidates currently working as Duty Managers or Front Office Executives who are seeking greater responsibility, visibility, and career growth within hotel operations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily hotel operations and guest experience
  • Handle bookings, check-in/check-out, and guest communication
  • Manage Booking.com and other OTA listings (rates, availability, offers, reviews)
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, kitchen, and support staff
  • Maintain service quality and guest satisfaction
  • Prepare simple daily and weekly reports using Excel

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of hotel operations experience
  • Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management
  • Experience handling Booking.com or similar OTA platforms
  • Basic Excel knowledge
  • Good communication skills in English and Malayalam

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
