Job Description
1. Full Hotel Operations Oversight
Manage daily operations of the hotel/resort
Oversee all departments:
Front Office
Housekeeping
Food & Beverage
Engineering
Security
Ensure smooth guest experience across all services
2. Business & Financial Performance
Control hotel budgets and operating costs
Monitor revenue, occupancy, and profitability
Improve RevPAR (Revenue per available room) and overall performance
Ensure return on investment for OMRAN and stakeholders
3. Staff & HR Management
Supervise department heads and hotel staff
Improve employee performance and motivation
Conduct training and ensure service standards
Maintain high staff morale and retention
4. Guest Experience & Service Quality
Ensure high guest satisfaction standards
Handle VIP and high-profile guests
Resolve guest complaints and service issues
Improve service quality vs competitors
5. Sales, Marketing & Revenue Growth
Work with sales teams to increase bookings
Improve hotel market positioning
Coordinate promotions and partnerships
Strengthen brand reputation
6. Ownership & Operator Coordination (Important for OMRAN)
Act as link between:
OMRAN (owner)
Hotel operator (e.g., international hotel brand)
Provide performance reports and strategic updates
Align operations with investment goals
7. Compliance & Standards
Ensure safety, legal, and brand compliance
Conduct audits and quality checks
Maintain sustainability and operational standards
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From RO2,000.000 per month
