Hotel Operations Supervisor
Job Summary
Join our team as an Operations Supervisor, where you’ll help create a welcoming, reliable, and well-run environment for both guests and team members. In this role, you’ll support daily hotel operations across Front Desk, Housekeeping, and Maintenance, ensuring everything runs smoothly and consistently. We’re looking for someone who leads by example, values teamwork, and takes pride in being dependable and supportive.
Key Responsibilities
Reliability & Team Support
- Demonstrate strong attendance and dependability, setting the tone for the team
- Help ensure shifts are covered and operations run smoothly each day
- Support team members in staying organized, prepared, and successful in their roles
- Step in when needed to assist across departments
Guest Experience
- Provide friendly, responsive service and create a positive guest experience
- Assist with resolving guest concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Help maintain strong guest satisfaction and service standards
Team Leadership
- Supervise and support Front Desk and Housekeeping teams
- Provide guidance, coaching, and encouragement to team members
- Foster a positive, respectful, and accountable work environment
Daily Operations
- Assist with check-in/check-out flow and daily hotel activity
- Help maintain clean, safe, and well-presented guest rooms and public areas
- Support adherence to company policies and safety standards
Administrative Support
- Assist with scheduling and staffing needs
- Monitor supplies and inventory levels
- Support reporting, audits, and daily operational tasks
Qualifications
- Previous hotel experience required (Supervisory experience a plus)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable, organized, and solutions-oriented
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
- Familiarity with PMS systems (HotelKey, Opera, etc.) is helpful

Pay: $16.50 - $18.00 per hour
