A prominent hospitality investment group is seeking a seasoned Hotel Owner Representative to oversee the strategic and operational performance of a luxury property in Doha. This high-impact role serves as the bridge between ownership and hotel management, ensuring the asset delivers optimal financial returns, maintains brand standards, and preserves long-term value.

Key Responsibilities :

• Financial Oversight: Analyze financial reports, monitor budgets, and identify opportunities for revenue growth and cost control.
• Operational Excellence: Guide daily hotel operations to meet service benchmarks and efficiency goals.
• Capital Projects: Lead renovation and development initiatives, ensuring timely execution and budget alignment.
• Brand & Compliance: Ensure full adherence to brand standards, legal requirements, and management agreements.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary liaison between owners, operators, vendors, and contractors.
• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategies to enhance profitability, guest satisfaction, and asset value.
• Contract & Vendor Management: Negotiate and manage contracts to secure favorable terms for ownership.

Ideal Candidate Profile :

• Minimum 10–15 years of experience in hospitality operations, asset management, or hotel development.
