Hotel Regional Sales Manager

Are you a dynamic sales leader with a passion for hospitality and a drive for results? Visions Hotels is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to champion our portfolio’s growth, build lasting client partnerships, and lead bold sales strategies that elevate our brand across the region.

Purpose of the Position

As a key member of our team, you’ll play a vital role in increasing profits and maximizing revenue by generating business through proactive and creative sales efforts.

What You’ll Do

Bring your energy, strategy, and relationship-building skills to every interaction. You’ll secure business, strengthen partnerships, and position Visions Hotels as a top choice in every market you touch.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Securing new and repeat business through prospecting, client meetings, and outside sales calls.
  • Promoting hotel room nights, meeting space, and packages across multiple properties.
  • Building strong relationships with clients through site tours, entertainment, and exceptional service.
  • Utilizing brand-specific sales tools and programs to drive measurable results.
  • Analyzing data and market trends using systems like, Hotelligence, and STR reports.
  • Actively participating in sales blitzes, community events, and industry organizations (CVB, Chamber, etc.) to expand your network and visibility.
  • Spending time in the field each week—meeting clients, prospecting, and engaging with the local business community.

You’ll make a difference by:

  • Driving sales across all hotel revenue streams—rooms, catering, meetings, and promotions.
  • Partnering with General Managers to create and execute sales and marketing plans that deliver results.
  • Developing creative property-level promotions and cross-property initiatives.
  • Maintaining excellent time management, pricing discipline, and forecasting accuracy.
  • Ensuring every hotel meets or exceeds monthly and annual revenue goals.

Pay Disclaimer:

The base pay range represents the low and high end of the pay range. Actual salaries will vary depending on many factors such as skills, experience, certifications, and performance to name a few. The rate listed is just one component of the total compensation package for associates. Other rewards may include bonuses, paid time off, a competitive 401K plan with matching, hotel discounts, growth opportunities, and more!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,405.80 - $70,000.00 per year
