Hotel Reservation Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Reservation & Online Portals Management Manager to oversee our online B2B channels, reservation systems, and revenue optimization across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will ensure all online listings, rates, and inventory are accurate and up to date, driving revenue growth and maintaining strong relationships with our B2B partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all online travel agency (OTA) and B2B portals, including rate updates, content management, and promotions.
• Monitor and analyze online sales performance, occupancy, and revenue reports.
• Oversee reservation operations — from inquiry to confirmation — ensuring smooth coordination between sales and operations teams.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase online visibility and conversion.
• Maintain relationships with OTA account managers and B2B partners to maximize exposure and sales opportunities.
• Handle overbooking prevention, rate parity, and inventory control.
• Identify new online business opportunities and partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in hotel reservations, OTA management, or online revenue management.
• Strong understanding of B2B travel platforms and distribution systems (such as Expedia Partner Central, Booking.com Extranet, Channel Managers, etc.).
• Analytical mindset with experience using revenue or booking analytics tools.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and online booking systems.

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
