Job Purpose:
The primary goal of this role is to convert customer inquiries into confirmed sales and room reservations through effective communication and sales skills.

Key Responsibilities:

l Handle inbound calls and chats related to hotel reservations.

l Convert customer inquiries into confirmed room bookings and sales.

l Provide accurate information about hotel rooms, pricing, availability, and offers.

l Upsell and cross-sell rooms and services to maximize revenue.

l Maintain professionalism and ensure excellent customer experience.

l Accurately enter and update booking details and invoices in the system.

l Coordinate with the finance and operations teams when required.

Skills & Requirements:

l Strong communication and negotiation skills.

l Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to close deals.

l Experience in hotel reservations or sales-based call center projects (preferred).

l Basic system handling and documentation skills.

l Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple customer interactions.
