Hotel & Restaurant Executive Sous Chef

Required:

  • Five years of supervisory/management experience in full-service hotel, event catering or upscale dining environment.
  • Ability to work all areas of the kitchen.
  • Cost control and menu development experience.
  • Flexible schedule; available to work weekends and holidays.

Preferred:

  • Culinary degree.
