CMT Prime Hospitality الكويت is looking for a driven and results-oriented Hotel Sales Executive to join our expanding team in Kuwait City. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute hotel sales strategies to increase occupancy and revenue
• Identify and target corporate clients, travel agencies, and event organizers
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships and partnerships
• Conduct sales calls, meetings, and hotel presentations
• Negotiate contracts, rates, and packages with clients
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to promote hotel services
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity in the hospitality industry
• Prepare sales reports and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Hotel Sales Executive, Sales Manager, or Hospitality Sales Representative
• Strong understanding of hotel sales, corporate accounts, and B2B sales
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to meet and exceed sales targets
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
• Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage)
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field preferred
