Sales Manager – Hospitality | Wow Stayz 2 (Indore)
Role Summary
We are hiring a mid-level Sales Manager (Travel Expert role) strictly from the hospitality sector. The role focuses on driving hotel sales, expanding business partnerships, and strengthening client relationships for Wow Stayz 2.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive monthly hotel sales and overall revenue growth.
- Promote Wow Stayz 2’s hotel inventory to travel agents, corporates & business partners.
- Manage and grow existing client accounts; actively source new sales opportunities.
- Conduct market visits, sales presentations, meetings & negotiations.
- Monitor market trends and competitor sales strategies.
- Ensure smooth booking support and strong customer service.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in Hospitality/Travel/Tourism/Business.
- 4 years of hotel sales experience (hospitality background mandatory).
- Strong understanding of hotel contracts, rate structures & sales channels.
- Proven experience in driving sales and building client relationships.
- Excellent communication, negotiation & presentation skills.
- Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of CRS/booking systems is a plus.
