We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Hotel Sales Manager to lead our sales initiatives and drive revenue growth. Education, Experience, Other Requirements
Required
· Ability to work with little or no supervision while meeting high-performance standards
· Excellent communication, writing, and organization skills
· Ability to follow instructions
· High School Diploma or GED
Preferred
· Work experience in Sales in the Hospitality Field a must
· AA or Bachelors Degree
· Experience with hotel operation systems
· Previous experience with sales CRM
· Familiarity with corporate account/B2B/event sales
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This position regularly requires long hours and having availability days, nights and weekends plus being on call as needed. Demand and room occupancy may dictate final scheduled hours. Some travel is necessary in order to meet potential clients and to attend events as deemed necessary by the Director of Sales.
