Hotel Sales Rep - Event Planner

WHAT YOU'LL LEAD & COORDINATE

Schedule:

  • Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
  • Some Saturdays when events require it

In this dual-property role, you'll be the driving force behind group business and event execution-from the first client call to the final teardown. Your work as a Hotel Sales Rep - Event Planner ensures both hotels deliver exceptional experiences that reflect the standards of Hilton and Marriott.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and execute group bookings and on-site events
  • Set up and break down meeting/event rooms (tables, chairs, layouts)
  • Manage communication with clients via phone/email
  • Work cross‑departmentally to ensure seamless event delivery
  • Create and post social media content supporting events & promotions
  • Provide outstanding customer service that inspires loyalty

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in hotel sales, event coordination, or hospitality marketing
  • Strong computer abilities; Marriott/FOSSE & Hilton/PEP preferred
  • Ability to lift/move tables and chairs
  • Organized, efficient, and excellent at multitasking
  • Clear, professional communication
  • A self‑starter with a positive attitude
