Responsibilities

• Monitor hotel premises to detect suspicious activity and ensure safety.
• Conduct regular patrols of the property, including guest areas, service zones, entrances, and exits to prevent theft, vandalism, or unauthorized access.
• Respond promptly to security incidents or emergencies
• Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency responders when necessary to resolve security issues effectively.
• Manage access control by verifying guest identities and authorizations at entry points.
• Enforce hotel policies related to loss prevention, conflict management, and guest safety while maintaining a professional demeanor.

Requirements

• Proven experience in security roles, law enforcement, military service, or related fields is highly desirable
• Strong knowledge of surveillance technology such as CCTV systems and loss prevention techniques.
• Excellent conflict management skills with the ability to handle tense situations calmly and effectively
• Familiarity with security protocols and procedures relevant to hospitality settings.

Pay: $18.00 per hour
