Hotel- Shuttle Service Manager

As a Hotel Shuttle Service Manager, you would be responsible for leading the efforts in greeting guests and driving guests to and from requested destinations. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards and training those in your team to do the same:

  • Drive property-designated vehicles to and from Denver International Airport and their respective hotel.
  • Greet arriving and departing guests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
  • Assist guests with luggage
  • Respond to guest inquiries and requests and resolve guest issues in a timely, friendly and efficient manner

Principal Job Duties:

  • Lead, direct, and develop team of shuttle drivers.
  • Manage, plan, schedule, train and direct the activities of on-site shuttle drivers.
  • Assist in identifying high potential employees to support the organization’s continued growth.
  • Implementation and completion of other projects, programs, and initiatives that may arise from assigned location(s).
  • Shuttle Maintenance and Servicing.
  • Additional related duties as assigned.

Experience:

  • Must have experience with the regular maintenance
  • 1+ years in Management role.
  • Knowledge of Excel, Word, Power Point and General Microsoft Office Applications.
  • Shuttle management experience is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to be flexible in schedule in order to meet operational needs. This may require working outside of regularly scheduled hours.

Physical Demands:

  • Willingness to work in the elements – heat, wind, snow, rain, etc.
  • Ability to lift, push and pull at least 55 pounds.
  • Ability to stand, walk and run for extended periods of time.
  • Ability bend, stoop, squat and lift frequently throughout a shift.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • · Competitive pay at $58,000/year
  • · Full benefits package including medical (partial employer paid) and dental coverage
