Job Description:
- Direct and coordinate activities of businesses or departments to achieve desired services.
- Manage staff, preparing work schedules and assigning specific duties & sales related task.
- Establish and implement departmental policies, goals, objectives, and procedures with the help of General Manager
- Monitor overall business and departments to ensure that they efficiently and effectively provide needed services while staying within budgetary limits.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies including advertising campaigns and sales promotions.
- Plan and direct activities such as sales promotions.
- To make necessary arrangement of training for the subordinates in order to increase the production capability by following modern production procedure.
- To ensure proper planning to assure smooth operation within the team.
- Monthly performance status report preparation with help of accounts.
- Developing and executing strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
- Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories and projecting expected sales volumes and profit for existing and new products.
- Plans, monitors, and appraises job results.
- Hiring and monitoring the performance of the sales team and holding weekly sales meetings.
- Attending to customer complaints, ensuring that a high level of customer satisfaction is obtained.
- Any other responsibilities assigned by the management.
- Requirements
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services
- Proven ability to position products against competitors
- Demonstrable experience as sales leader, developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- Excellent verbal and good communications skills
- Minimum Experience 2 to 3 years in sales and Front Office
- Minimum Education : Bachelors Degree ( candidate with Hospitality Diploma will be preferred)
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs75,000.00 per month
