Hotel Supervisor

Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Hotel Supervisor to oversee daily hotel operations and ensure exceptional guest service standards. In this role, you will supervise front-line staff, support guest relations, and help maintain smooth day-to-day operations. You will play a key role in ensuring operational efficiency, staff coordination, and a positive guest experience. Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily hotel operations including front desk activities and guest services
  • Support and coordinate housekeeping and on-site staff as needed
  • Assist in managing guest check-ins, check-outs, and inquiries professionally
  • Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction
  • Oversee staff scheduling and shift coverage
  • Address operational issues and escalate when necessary
  • Maintain smooth communication between staff and management
  • Support overall site organization and efficiency

Requirements

  • Previous experience in hospitality, hotel operations, or supervisory roles preferred
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to manage staff and handle guest concerns professionally
  • Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Reliable and able to work assigned schedule, including weekends
  • Bilingual abilities are a plus

Schedule & Compensation

  • Location: New York, NY 10038
  • Schedule: Thursday – Monday, 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM
  • Pay Rate: $22 per hour

Pay: $22.00 per hour
