Responsibilities
- Supervise daily hotel operations including front desk activities and guest services
- Support and coordinate housekeeping and on-site staff as needed
- Assist in managing guest check-ins, check-outs, and inquiries professionally
- Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction
- Oversee staff scheduling and shift coverage
- Address operational issues and escalate when necessary
- Maintain smooth communication between staff and management
- Support overall site organization and efficiency
Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality, hotel operations, or supervisory roles preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage staff and handle guest concerns professionally
- Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable and able to work assigned schedule, including weekends
- Bilingual abilities are a plus
Schedule & Compensation
- Location: New York, NY 10038
- Schedule: Thursday – Monday, 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM
- Pay Rate: $22 per hour
Pay: $22.00 per hour
