Hotel Supervisor Maintenance

We are a 97 Room Hotel with Bar & Restaurant & 2 banquet Halls

We are looking for a dynamic Maintenance Supervisor

His job profile will include

• Managing all hotel asset preventive maintenance
• Manage hotel maintenance team, organizing efforts around providing a premier facility to support positive guest experience
• Represents engineering department in management meetings
• Plan, prioritize and schedule maintenance tasks
• Respond to guest maintenance requests
• Leads installation of all new equipment
• Ensures proper record keeping for hotel audits and inspections
• Ensures parts inventory is sufficient to handle reactive work orders
• Perform daily and weekly property inspections
• Provide training and mentorship to engineering department

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
