The Role: Valet Attendant / Bellman

Location: Key West, FloridaPay: Listed pay rate is based on an hourly rate plus tip

What You'll Do as a Valet

• Greet guests with a smile, using names and eye contact to make them feel valued
• Open doors, explain the valet process, and create a welcoming first impression
• Safely park and retrieve vehicles with care and confidence
• Look for opportunities to go above and beyond - from small gestures to standout moments
• Support your teammates and help keep operations running smoothly

What You'll Do as a Bellman

• Greet guests warmly and escort them to their rooms, creating a smooth and welcoming arrival
• Assist with luggage during arrival and departure, ensuring items are handled with care and proper tickets are provided
• Support curbside operations alongside the valet and hotel team, assisting with luggage, packages, and guest needs
• Provide helpful directions and hotel-related information
• Build genuine connections with guests throughout their stay
• Assist with guest questions and follow up to ensure a great experience
• Maintain accurate records of luggage deliveries and pick-ups
• Maintain a professional appearance and a positive, service-first attitude

What We're Looking For

• Someone who takes pride in doing things right and cares about people
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• At least 18 years of age
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional attitude
