Seattle’s premier luxury hotel is seeking a talented, passionate, and team-oriented hospitality professional to join us as a Hotel Valet Parking Attendant - Overnight. The hotel offers 211 elegantly appointed guest rooms and suites, exceptional dining and spirits at Jimmy’s on First, and 3,000 plus square feet of event and meeting space, including our Avenue One Ballroom with stunning views overlooking Elliot Bay. We are conveniently situated across from T-Mobile Park and adjacent to Lumen Field & Event Center, and WAMU Theater, making it an ideal choice for sports enthusiasts and those seeking the vibrant atmosphere of this historic Seattle district. Within walking distance, guests can explore Pioneer Square’s exquisite dining options, shopping destinations, and art galleries. With downtown Seattle just a short distance away, guests can immerse themselves in the city’s finest culinary experiences, shopping delights, and captivating theater performances.

POSITION PURPOSE:

Reporting to the Director of Front Office, the Valet Attendant serves as the hotel’s first and most lasting impression. This role is front-and-center—setting the tone from the moment a guest arrives. The Valet Attendant is responsible for delivering a confident, welcoming arrival experience by proactively greeting guests, clearly communicating valet procedures, and offering hands-on assistance with luggage and transportation needs.

This position requires consistent execution of vehicle ticketing and tracking protocols, strict adherence to safety and security standards, and thoughtful coordination to ensure each guest’s vehicle is handled with care and precision. Above all, the Valet Attendant plays a critical role in elevating the guest journey—combining professionalism, urgency, and genuine hospitality to uphold the hotel’s standards and reputation.

This is not just parking cars; it’s protecting the brand, owning the arrival experience, and doing the basics exceptionally well—every single time.

IDEAL CANDIDATES WILL HAVE:

EXPERIENCE:

o Excellent driving record

o Ability to drive a manual transmission

o Excellent communication skills

o Ability to adapt to changing business demands, guest and team member needs

o Ability to work a flexible schedule based on the needs of the hotel

o Possess a gracious, friendly and approachable demeanor

o Ability to interpret guest feedback and implement service enhancements

o Results oriented with ability to work under pressure

EDUCATION:

High School Diploma or its Equivalent

COMPENSATION:

Salary Range is $22.30 to $22.30 per hour and is based on applicable experience and work history.
