Hotel Reservation Agent (Opera Experience Required) –
Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Hotel Reservation Agent with hands-on experience using
Opera PMS/Opera Cloud.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing hotel reservations, assisting guests with booking inquiries, and ensuring accurate reservation records while delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities

Handle incoming reservation requests via phone, email, and online booking channels.

Process, modify, and cancel reservations accurately using Opera PMS/Opera Cloud.

Provide guests with information regarding room availability, rates, hotel facilities, and services.

Ensure all reservation details are entered correctly and updated in the system.

Coordinate with Front Office, Sales, and Revenue teams to maximize occupancy and revenue.

Respond promptly to guest inquiries and special requests.

Maintain accurate guest records and reservation files.

Assist in resolving booking discrepancies and guest concerns professionally.

Follow company policies, procedures, and service standards.
Requirements

Previous experience as a Hotel Reservation Agent or in a similar hospitality role.

Proficiency in Opera PMS and/or Opera Cloud is mandatory.

Very good command of English (written and spoken).

Strong customer service and communication skills.

Ability to work rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
