Job Overview
Join our dynamic team as a Hotshot or Box Truck Owner/Operator! This is an exciting opportunity for motivated & dependable individuals who own their own truck and trailer. enjoying the freedom of being your own boss. No Motor Carrier (MC) number is required, we’ll handle dispatch, compliance, and back-office support so you can focus on running loads being your own boss, and earning money.

What you’ll do

• Operate your own truck and trailer to transport freight across various routes.
• Load and unload cargo with care, ensuring all items are secure for transport.
• Navigate routes efficiently while adhering to DOT safety regulations and delivery schedules.
• Manage documentation related to deliveries, including bills of lading and freight receipts.
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers regarding delivery status.
• Maintain your vehicle in top condition, performing routine inspections and necessary repairs.

Driver qualifications

• Must have your own truck and trailer (Hotshot or Box Truck)
• Provide your own Bobtail Insurance
• Proven experience in truck driving with a valid driver's license.
• Familiarity with commercial driving regulations and safety practices.
• Must speak and understand English well (communication is key!)
• This is an OTR position (48 states) — not local or regional
• Willing to stay out 2–3 weeks at a time with 2–3 days home to maximize earnings
• No MC/DOT number needed – you run under our authority
• Job Type: 1099 Independent Contractor (Full-time or Contract)
• Experience as a delivery driver with a strong understanding of route driving.

• Box Trucks: Average Gross $3,500 – $6,500 per week
• Hotshots: Average Gross $5,500 – $8,000 per week
• Keep 85% of every load
