JOB TITLE:
Student Intern, Office of Proposals, Compliance, Agreements and Strategic Services (COMPASS)

JOB PURPOSE:

The position supports the Office of Proposals, Compliance, Agreements and Strategic Services (COMPASS) with administrative support and various general office duties.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The COMPASS Services team is accepting applications for interns. Interns will be assisting with various office duties, including front desk monitoring and data entry.

This position will primarily include general office and administrative duties including answering questions, answering telephone calls, routing emails, copying, scanning and attaching documents in various systems, running errands, data entry, and filing.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Currently enrolled student

Microsoft Office proficiency

Great customer service attitude

Organizational skills

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Previous experience in office or research setting

Experience with database management and data entry
