What You’ll Be Doing

As a Resident Assistant:

• Help residents with daily routines - bathing, dressing, mobility
• Be a friendly face and trusted support system
• Notice the little things—and speak up when something changes

As a Medication Technician:

• Safely administer medications - you know the drill
• Document accurately and stay organized
• Keep a close eye on reactions and communicate with the team
