Hourly Service Team Member

Pure Green is hiring Service Team Members at our Sterling Heights (Lakeside)! We're looking for outgoing, personable people who are genuinely passionate about health, wellness, fitness, clean eating, and superfoods. If you love connecting with people and living a healthy lifestyle, we want you on our team.

What You'll Do:

• Create a welcoming, energetic experience for every guest
• Prepare smoothies, acai bowls, fresh juices, wraps, salads, and other superfood-packed menu items to Pure Green standards
• Handle daily food prep including chopping, portioning, and preparing fresh ingredients
• Educate and engage with guests about our ingredients, superfoods, and their benefits
• Build relationships with regulars and gym members
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workspace
• Follow all food safety and handling procedures
• Operate the POS system and handle transactions accurately
• Restock ingredients and supplies as needed
• Open and/or close the store following standard procedures

• Comfortable with food prep and working in a kitchen environment

• Reliable and punctual
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Great communication and customer service skills
• Must be able to stand for extended periods
• Food service or retail experience is a plus but not required — we'll train the right person

Must be at least 16 years of age. Part-time and full-time hours available. Weekend and evening availability is a plus.

Pay: From $14.00 per hour
