Duties

• Perform a variety of esthetic services including facials, eyelash extensions, makeup application, waxing services, lash tint and lift, and eyebrows to meet client needs
• Conduct body waxing sessions with precision and professionalism to ensure client comfort and satisfaction.
• Administer esthetic laser treatments safely and effectively, adhering to all safety protocols.
• Demonstrate product demos and educate clients on skincare routines and retail products to enhance their experience.
• Provide deep tissue massage services to promote relaxation and wellness.
• Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by thoroughly cleaning treatment areas, tools, and equipment after each service.
• Communicate clearly with clients to understand their goals, recommend suitable treatments, and ensure a positive experience.
• Assist with retail sales by promoting skincare products that complement treatments and meet client needs.

Experience

• Proven experience as an esthetician or cosmetologist with knowledge of skincare treatments and techniques.
• Familiarity with esthetic laser treatments, dermabrasion, body waxing, eyelash extensions, makeup application, and waxing is highly desirable.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with diverse clients.
• Knowledge of sanitation procedures and safety standards in a spa or salon setting.
• Ability to perform product demos confidently while educating clients on benefits and usage.
• Experience in retail sales within a beauty or skincare environment is a plus.

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
