Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas
• Dust, vacuum, sweep, mop, and polish floors to maintain cleanliness and appearance
• Sanitize surfaces and fixtures to ensure health and safety standards are met
• Handle laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothing and linens
• Maintain organized cleaning supplies and equipment
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and ensuring satisfaction
• Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines at all times
• Assist with special cleaning projects, such as carpet cleaning or deep sanitation as needed
• Manage time efficiently to complete assigned tasks within scheduled appointments

Qualifications

• Prior experience in residential or commercial cleaning, janitorial, or custodial roles is preferred
• Knowledge of floor care, sanitation practices, and general housekeeping procedures
• Experience with carpet cleaning, laundry services, or hotel housekeeping management is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Physical ability to perform cleaning duties including lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and operating cleaning equipment
• Reliable transportation is preferred for timely arrival at client locations
