Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, and other designated rooms
• Execute specialized cleaning tasks such as carpet cleaning, floor care, sanitation, and laundry services to ensure a hygienic environment
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness by dusting, vacuuming, mopping, polishing surfaces, and disinfecting high-touch areas
• Handle household chores such as cooking assistance and organizing spaces when required
• Use janitorial and custodial equipment safely and effectively to optimize cleaning results
• Provide excellent customer service by respecting clients’ homes and addressing any specific cleaning requests or concerns
• Follow established safety protocols and sanitation procedures to promote a healthy environment for clients and team members

Experience

• Prior experience in residential cleaning or custodial roles is highly preferred; hotel housekeeping or commercial cleaning backgrounds are also valuable
• Demonstrated knowledge of floor care techniques, carpet cleaning methods, and sanitation standards
• Experience with laundry services and household chores such as cooking assistance is a plus
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate professionally and courteously with clients
• Familiarity with janitorial equipment, cleaning products, and safety procedures ensures efficient work performance
• Previous supervisory or housekeeping management experience is advantageous but not required
